Growing up in India, chai was part of daily life — warm spices, time together, and the simple comfort of something made with care. I also grew up around the wisdom of Ayurveda, where spices and plants have long been valued as part of daily balance, nourishment, and well-being.
When I came back to America, I found that so much chai had become instant, overly sweet, or built around caffeine instead of the spices themselves. I wanted to create something closer to the chai I remembered: bold, grounding, slow-brewed, and made with real ingredients from nature.

The sediment you're seeing is a mix of finely ground spices and non-soluble parts of our mushroom extract. This is completely normal and is actually a sign that we use whole, unprocessed ingredients. Some of the mushroom compounds are water-soluble, like beta-glucans, which support immunity, while the non-soluble parts contain beneficial compounds, including triterpenoids, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These non-soluble elements contribute to the full health benefits of the mushrooms.
Unlike many instant products, which remove these valuable components through heavy processing, our chai preserves the richness and potency of the whole ingredients, offering a superior health experience. I’ve used many chai tea blends over the years and also made my own, but since I tried Chai Chai Love Mushroom Chai I’ve made that my regular. I make a batch (4c) at a time and keep it in the fridge, which is great in the summer for iced chai and to heat up in the winter as well. I mix it with oat milk 1:1. I like the ritual of making it and thank the mushrooms for their powers. The blend has a nice balance, just spicy enough for me (and I like it pretty peppery and gingery.) Feeling the love!
I love the mushroom chai tea! I have a bag for myself in both of my children’s home that waits for me when I’m visiting! I have a cup or two each day with half and half and coconut sugar! The BEST CHAI TEA I have ever had, I have bee drinking chai for years.
I first tried a sample of Chai Chai Love at an artisan market and bought a 30 serving container immediately. I made it for my kids at home and Chai Chai become a daily ritual over our holiday break. It lasted us almost a month, then we ordered a 60 serving container to continue the ritual through March. We love the rich, warming flavor with a touch of honey and milk. It makes the house smell wonderful while warming on the stove.
Good flavor with some spicy kick. Most others are wimpy. Drink regular in the morning as part of my morning wake up ritual. Then a decaf in the afternoon.

Chai Chai Love is an awesome addition to my daily life. There is so much good to say it's hard to figure out where to begin. The flavors are delicious! The texture and quality of the ingredients are nurturing. My morning begins with the ritual of making this Chai- I am using the Original with only 13 gr of caffeine- perfect for my system. I like to froth my milk, I use soy milk, and add a little bit of cinnamon on top. Not only does it feel 'fancy' but the look invites me to drink deeply.
